We appreciate your interest in Glide Athletics cycling garments and want to ensure you are happy with your purchased products. However, should you find an item that is not to your satisfaction, you are eligible for product exchange, store credit or refund only through our online store as long as the item is in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and the hangtags are not removed from the garment.
Note: For hygiene reasons, undergarment (underwear) and socks that have been removed from the original packaging cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
All return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Please allow 7 days from the time your return item is received at our facility to be processed. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once the process is completed.

Return for Refund
Banks and financial institutions usually process the refund credit within 1-3 working days. However, be advised that it may take a full billing cycle for a refund credit to appear on your credit card.
For full refund on sale items, all return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.
Return for Store Credit
We will credit your account for the full price of the purchased item. Please allow 7 days from the time your return item is received at our facility to be processed. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once the process is completed.
Return/Exchange on Gift Items
If the return item was a gift, we will be glad to exchange for another item of the same dollar value. Kindly provide us with a copy of the original receipt from the buyer in order to process your request for an exchange.
Postage for Refund, Return or Exchange
You will be responsible for the shipping cost to Glide Athletics for your respective exchange or return item. Be sure to select shipping method that provides delivery confirmation.
Glide Athletics is only responsible and pay for the domestic U.S shipping cost of the exchange items being shipped back to you.
Inventory Availability
Product exchanges and warranty replacements are subject to inventory availability at the time of return. Some customers prefer to purchase the replacement item immediately, and then let the return credit offset the purchased amount. This is an option you may wish to consider.
